MOTOALVORA delivers to eligible addresses in Spain.

Order Processing
Orders are prepared and dispatched after order confirmation. We may contact customers to verify delivery details before dispatch.

Estimated Delivery Time
Orders are typically delivered within 5–8 business days after dispatch. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to the delivery address, carrier operations, weather conditions, customs procedures or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Costs
Any applicable shipping cost and COD charge are clearly displayed at checkout before an order is placed.

Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (“COD”) is available only for eligible orders where it is shown as a payment option at checkout. The total amount payable is displayed before the order is placed. Payment must be made to the authorised delivery carrier upon delivery, using the payment method accepted by that carrier.

Delivery Details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including a valid address and contact details. If delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect or incomplete information, we will contact the customer using the details provided at checkout.
