REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in Spain, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days after you, or a person you nominate, receives the goods. You do not need to provide a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, email quyenhp289@gmail.com with your full name, order number, product details and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

Returns
After receiving your request, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send a return before receiving these instructions.

Return Costs
The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning an item following a standard withdrawal, unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Condition of Returned Items
Customers may inspect and handle an item as they would in a physical shop. A customer may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item’s nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refunds
For a valid withdrawal, we will refund the product price and the cost of standard delivery, where applicable. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice, subject to the conditions above. For COD orders, we will contact the customer to arrange an appropriate refund method.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact quyenhp289@gmail.com promptly with the order number and photos where available. This policy does not affect statutory consumer rights.
